The Herise Global Development Program is a flagship program of the Legacy Premier Foundation. The program was created to train and equip young dynamic graduates who are passionate about personal and career growth and are looking to gain some professional experience while serving in diverse capacities.
Our aim is to build the next generation of result-oriented leaders across the social and corporate career landscape. Candidates will have the opportunity to collaborate on real-life projects and would also be trained by seasoned mentors across a variety of disciplines.
We are keen on creating an ecosystem of vibrant emerging leaders who are self-driven and motivated enough to make a difference in their individual spheres of influence. The program is a holistic one, combining theoretical coaching sessions and practical work scenarios to ensure maximum impact. Candidates will be taken through a series of training that will expose them to leadership and service equally.
Our hope is to see products of this program model these training models in the real world to promote a culture of service, hard work and professionalism.

ELIGIBILITY/SELECTION CRITERIA
- To be eligible for the cohort of 2021, you must be a university graduate between ages 18-25 years old as of the application deadline. Exceptional applicants between ages 25-29 will also be considered.
- You must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
- You must have an In-depth understanding of the entire MS Office suite or any word/data processing application
- You must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
- You must have a proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
- You must be open to a team structure and collaboration
- You must have the ability to work cooperatively in diverse groups and to respect the opinions of others;
- You should possess strong social and communication skills;
- You should possess an energetic, positive attitude;
- You must have a demonstrated knowledge of, interest in, and professional experience in the preferred sector/track
